- chicken meat from a rotisserie chicken
- 1.5 cups green or white asparagus cut into pieces
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt and pepper
- dried basil and thyme

First in a deep skillet heat olive oil and add diced garlic. Brown chicken for about 7 minutes, add Asparagus, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
pour skillet content in a deep dish and set aside. Do not wash skillet and heat butter, sprinkle flour over butter and stir with spatula until brown clumps start to form, pour in milk and whisk fast, you might want to add more milk it depends how much and how thick you want your sauce. Now add dried basil and thyme.
Take set aside ingredients and add to sauce, now add frozen peas and let simmer for 5-8 minutes. Serve over brown rice.
